The Thousand Islands Regency administration has distributed 500 staple aid packages from the Pertiwi Indonesia Foundation to elderly people in Untung Jawa Urban Village, South Thousand Islands. The aid was symbolically given to representatives of elderly residents in Taman Arsa, Untung Jawa Island, on Monday (8/10).
Thousand Islands Regency Assistant Sujanto Budiroso hoped that the aid could motivate locals to better adhere to health protocols through the 3 M movement (Mencuci tangan (washing hands), Memakai masker (wearing masks) and Menjaga jarak (keeping a distance).
